We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from X SAVE SHOP. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with the original packaging and accessories.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items should be in new or like-new condition, with all parts, manuals, accessories, and original packaging included. Items that are used, installed, damaged, missing parts, or not returned in proper packaging may be refused or may receive a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot issue a refund for items we do not receive.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be returnable, including used or installed products, customized items, final sale items, gift cards, and items missing original parts or packaging. Product-specific restrictions may apply when shown on the product page or during checkout.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item if eligible and place a new order.
